Please read before using Softlife
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of The Soft Life Blueprint (“Softlife,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What Softlife is—and is not
Softlife is a journaling and reflection companion. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or a crisis service. AI reflections are generated by software, are not human or professional advice, and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Softlife for medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Softlife is not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity through your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Free accounts receive a limited monthly AI reflection allowance. Paid, auto-renewing subscriptions are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge your account within 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Features, limits, and pricing displayed before purchase may change for future billing periods as permitted by law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your journal entries and other content. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. This includes processing by the providers described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from Settings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Softlife to violate law, harm or harass others, distribute malicious content, access another person’s information, disrupt the service, bypass limits or security controls, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the service.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that AI output will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softlife is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other express or implied warranty. Your local law may provide rights that cannot be waived.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Softlife. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Softlife in the previous 12 months or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using Softlife and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to hello@christyspace.com.
